Overview

The product
Rembrandt is a CRM I designed for the largest bank in Italy to manage its mass affluent clients that have been onboarded through its dedicated mobile app. Its primary function is to serve as an advanced client reporting tool, enabling its users to efficiently navigate a vast database of onboarded clients.
Used by both the bank's Wealth Advisors and Customer Support teams, Rembrandt allows users to quickly locate precise client profiles and access key information at a glance, streamlining client management and enhancing service efficiency.
Our goal
Our goal was to address the urgent need for a customer relationship management system tailored to the company’s advisors and customer support team. At the same time, I needed to design intuitive and efficient solutions that seamlessly accommodate the diverse objectives and workflows of the platform’s end users.
My role & responsibilities
As the Lead Product Designer for this extensive platform, I was responsible for the end-to-end design process, managing multiple initiative streams. This included collaborating with stakeholders during product discovery, defining requirements, and delivering high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment. I also ensured the successful implementation of features by conducting QA on developed solutions, actively advocating for a seamless user experience from concept to launch.
Outcome
Throughout the extended duration of this project, my designs consistently met evolving business goals, resulting in a comprehensive product that has been fully adopted by the company as its primary client management tool.
